That is so true with the status of the Virtual Parrot Head Club.

The Virtual Parrot Head Club IS NOT shut down, out of business, 
closed, dormant, inactive or defunct, nor has the Club's charter been revoked.

The Virtual PHC is in a state of transition and will continue to serve as a viable
alternative to our land-based chapters albeit now under the guidance
of Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. directly.
